We don’t believe in disposable design. Every item in our collection is made from solid, high-quality materials including brass, bronze, and stainless steel that are inherently durable, repairable, and recyclable.

Designs that are timeless and less likely to be replaced due to fashion cycles

Where possible, our partners use recyclable, reusable, or minimal packaging materials. We actively discourage excessive plastics and favour cardboard, paper wrap, and protective cloth coverings that can be reused or recycled easily.
We also consolidate orders and offer phased delivery schedules to reduce site waste and unnecessary transport.

From discovery to delivery
The journey from early engagement to receiving an order typically spans several months and includes detailed communication with multiple stakeholders like designers, architects, QS, contractors, and specialists.
Discovery Call
We refine the vision further: confirming finishes, timelines, and project requirements. At this stage, we often provide samples of preferred hardware to support material boards and design approval.
Specification & Cost
We prepare indicative pricing across a selection of door sets (latching, privacy, locking, sliding), providing a clear picture of what can be achieved. Where appropriate, Quantity Surveyors and project leads may engage to discuss alignment with the wider scheme.
Ironmongery & Hardware
With direction established, we produce a detailed, door-by-door ironmongery schedule. This stage is meticulous and often developed in pre-tender, to ensure seamless coordination.
Collaboration
Our proposals are shared with tendering parties, which may include Main Contractors or Specialist Joinery Contractors. We work closely with the appointed team to refine the schedule in line with the final design and delivery plans. Revisions are normal as the design evolves, and we maintain flexibility to respond quickly.
Confirmation & Procurement
Once confirmed, we receive the official order and deposit. We begin procuring items tailored specifically to the project. Lead time is typically 6–10 weeks, depending on complexity and finishes
